Our visit to the Planetarium
Our topic this term is Space. We had a brilliant day at Armagh Planetarium. We watched a show in the theatre dome, made and launched rockets, dressed up as astronauts and enjoyed investigating our topic in the exhibition area.
Tasting Space food.
Our Classroom Assistant bought us some Space food to sample. We enjoyed learning about what astronauts eat. We especially enjoyed tasting the astronaut chocolate ice cream!

Persuasive writing
We have been learning about persuasive techniques in creative writing. We had to write letters to persuade Miss Moorhead to open this special box and share the treat with us. Our writing was so persuasive that we got to enjoy some Friday treats!
