On Tuesday 15th November, Year 7 pupils were put through their paces at Banbridge High School when they took part in a Fitness Challenge to raise funds for the Hounds for Heroes charity. The pupils worked in teams of five and undertook a series of speed, strength, flexibility and accuracy tasks. They also completed an assault course and a team building exercise that involved dismantling and re-building a 'tank'. Each pupil's performance scored points for their particular team. Prizes were awarded by, the Hounds for Heroes founder, Mr Allen Parton at a special assembly in school on Friday morning.
